Moving House - what do I need to do?

If you are moving and want to take your services with you, request a house move through your account on MySure or by calling us on 01481 700700.

We will need you to provide:

  • Sure account number / phone number
  • New address including postcode
  • Mobile contact number
  • email address
  • Moving date - this will need to be a weekday

 

If you are moving and don't want to transfer your services, please contact us through your account on MySure or by calling us on 01481 700700 to arrange a cease*

We will need you to provide:

  • Sure account number / phone number
  • Date of the cease - this will need to be a weekday
  • Forwarding address

*If your services are still in contract then ceasing will incur contractual charges.

 

**Please be aware that the lead times for moving or cancelling services can be up to 15 working days.
