What if I need a new handset before the contract ends?

We understand that not everyone’s handset lasts for 2 years. You may drop it, or you may just want to upgrade to the latest model.

In most cases (not guaranteed) we will accept a payment for the handset only and allow you to add a new one to your current plan.

Say you agreed to pay £20 for your plan and £20 for your handset and give Sure £40 per month for the minimum term of your contract (12 or 24 mths).  And say you had 6 months left on your current contract.

You would have to pay 6 months at £20 = £120 in order to cover what is remaining on your handset.  You can then re-sign for a further 12 or 24 months and get a new handset.
