The lead times for moving or cancelling services can be up to 30 working days**. To avoid disappointment or delays to your services please make sure that you inform us in good time.
** If an engineer is required to attend the property this can take longer than 15 working days.

We will need you to provide:
- Sure account number / phone number
- New address including postcode
- Mobile contact number
- Email address
- Moving date - this will need to be a weekday
If you are moving and don't want to transfer your services, use the below form.
Alternatively, request a cease* through your account on MySure.
We will need you to provide:
- Sure account number / phone number
- Date of the cease - this will need to be a weekday
- Forwarding address
*If your services are still in contract then ceasing will incur contractual charges.
