Pay As You Go top-ups unavailable from 4am to 6am, Tuesday 29 September

We’ll be carrying out essential maintenance on our top-up systems between 4am and 6am tomorrow, Tuesday 29 September.

During this time, Pay As You Go customers won’t be able to top up online or by calling 177.

If you think you’ll need to top up during these hours, please do so before the maintenance window.

Top-ups will be available again from 6am. We’ll let you know here if anything changes.
