If your SIM card is locked (usually after entering an incorrect PIN code three times), you will need a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) to regain access to your mobile service. You can retrieve this quickly through your MySure account.
Steps to View Your PUK Code
Log in: Access your MySure account.
Locate Service: On the Overview page, scroll down until you find the mobile service number you need to unlock.
Access Settings: Click on the Settings button for that specific service.
View PUK: Look for the SIM lock (PUK) section and click VIEW.
Retrieve Code: The next screen will display your unique PUK code.
Important: Please enter your PUK code carefully. If the PUK code is entered incorrectly too many times, your SIM card may become permanently disabled, requiring a replacement.
