How do I cease or cancel a service?

If you want to cease a service completely with Sure, we require 1 month notice as per our terms and conditions.  We can only accept a cease in writing, preferably by email.  From there we will go through security with you and process the cease on the agreed date.

Please fill in a form via: Submit a request – Sure Customer Support stating the date you wish to cease, the reason for the cease and the account and/or service numbers. 

If you want to port a mobile number to another provider, please visit the new provider in the first instance.  Please note that if you have a contract with Sure when you port, you may be subject to early termination fees.
