As part of our annual price review, prices for some Sure services will change from 1 July 2026, in line with the Guernsey Retail Price Index (RPI).
Prices for broadband, landline and pay monthly mobile plans will increase by up to 4%.
Some additional service and usage charges will also change from this date. We understand that price increases are never welcome, and we have aimed to keep these changes as clear and straightforward as possible.

What can I do to save money?
To get the best value for money we recommend one of our Sure bundles. When you combine a Pay Monthly Mobile plan (Standard or Max) with a 36-month fibre broadband of 1Gbps or faster, you will save £900. This will appear as an automatic discount of £25 per month.
To receive this discount, your broadband plan needs to be within its minimum term.
To sign up or to re-sign your broadband service you can fill in our quick and easy enquiry form on our Sure bundles page.
