Minimum Term of Your Contract
Your Contract has a minimum term of 1, 12, or 24 months. When the minimum term ends, your contract will automatically continue on a one‑month rolling basis under the same terms.
You may not receive a notification when your minimum term ends. It is your responsibility to remember this date if you want to:
- Terminate your contract
- Re‑sign or upgrade
- Prevent it from rolling into another month
Cancelling Before Your Service Is Delivered
You may cancel your order before the service is delivered. However, we may charge you for:
- Any work already carried out
- Any costs incurred in setting up your service
- Charges from third‑party suppliers
These charges apply even if the service has not yet gone live.
Cancelling Online or Telephone Orders (7‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)
If you place an order online or by telephone, you have a 7‑working‑day cooling‑off period from the date of the order.
During this period, you may cancel your order. If equipment was provided (e.g., a router), it must be returned:
- In the same condition
- With the original box
- With all accessories included
Terminating Your Contract at Any Time
You may request to terminate your service at any time. Before doing so, we recommend checking whether your service is still within its minimum term.
If your service is still under contract, you will be responsible for:
- Paying the remaining rental charges for the rest of the minimum term
- Any other applicable charges
Notice Period
We require a minimum of one month’s notice before a termination request can be processed. The only exception is when we explicitly state otherwise in a written notice, such as a letter about upcoming price changes.
