1. Logging into your online My Sure account - myaccount.sure.com
2. Selecting the Overview heading
3. Scroll down to the service number in question
4. Reviewing your allowances, billing cycle, and contract start & end dates

Upgrading or Renewing Your Mobile Contract

You may be eligible for:

• A new device
• A new plan
• A SIM‑only contract

Ending a Mobile Contract Early

If you cancel before the minimum term ends:

• An early termination fee may apply
• Any remaining device balance may still be owed
