You can check your fixed service details by:
- Logging into your online My Sure account - myaccount.sure.com
- Selecting the Overview heading
- Scroll down to the service number in question
- Reviewing your allowances, billing cycle, and contract start & end dates
Changing Your Fixed Service Plan
Depending on availability, you may be able to:
- Upgrade your broadband speed
- Move your service to a new address
Some changes may restart your contract term.
Ending a Fixed Contract Early
If you cancel before the minimum term ends:
- Early termination fees may apply
- Equipment must be returned
- Outstanding installation or setup fees may still apply
