Once you have confirmed that Fibre Broadband is available at your property and are ready to proceed, here is what you can expect throughout the process:
Placing Your Order
Existing Sure customers can order the service by visiting www.sure.com/switchtofibre or clicking the link in your notification email.
You will need to log in to your MySure account to begin the process.
From the Overview page, scroll down to Fixed line services and click the Switch to fibre button under your current package to follow the ordering steps.

Booking a Pre-Installation Visit
After placing your order, you will receive an order reference number; please make a note of this for your records.
On the same confirmation page, click the provided link to book a pre-installation visit with our engineers.
During this visit, the engineer will discuss the installation plan, including the best location for your ONT (the device where the fibre enters your property), any required internal cabling, and whether you need a new router.
Once the plan is agreed upon, the engineer will schedule a final appointment to install your fibre service.
Fibre Installation Visit
During the final installation, our engineer will install the ONT, connect your router, and perform any necessary cabling.
After the hardware is set up, the engineer will conduct tests to ensure your new service is running at optimum performance.
Once completed, your unlimited Fibre Broadband service will be ready for you to enjoy.
