Moving Your Fibre Service
If you are moving to a new property and would like to take your fibre broadband service with you, please be aware that standard house move charges apply.
Upgrading from Copper to Fibre During a Move
Please note that our free copper-to-fibre upgrade offer is only available when staying at the same property.
If you are moving home and choosing to upgrade to fibre at your new address, your order will be treated as a new installation. The following charges will apply:
Standard Connection Charge: £55
Replacement ONT Charge: £140 (if the expected Optical Network Terminal at the new property is missing or damaged and requires replacement).
Our team will confirm any applicable charges with you before your move is finalised.
