How do I cancel a service?

To cancel a service with Sure we normally require 30 days notice in writing as per our terms and conditions.

Please submit a request  Submit a request – Sure Customer Support to raise a ticket under the option 'I would like to cease my service' where our customer support team will be able to help you cancel your service. On your ticket please let us know the following: the date for the cease, the account number, service number(s) and the reason for the cancellation.

If you would prefer to cancel your service in person, then please head to our store where you can also sign a cease form. 

Please be advise that if you cancel your service before the contract date has ended contractual fees will apply, and any remaining hardware or equipment charges will apply. 

Please note we can not take cancellations over the phone they must be done in writing.
