What is the right plan for me?

Here at Sure, we encourage you to find a plan that suits your plans. Each plan offered provides different levels of value and flexibility. We provide both a Pay Monthly and Pay As You Go service plans. 

1. Pay Monthly
All our pay monthly plans include a set amount of data, minutes and text which is varied dependant on which plan you choose. 

You can choose if you want to add a handset to your monthly plan for 12 or 24 month or take the plan on a SIM only basis which can be done on a monthly rolling or on a 12 or 24 month contract.

2. Pay As You Go

Pay As You Go customers don't need to sign a contract and no mobile phone are included. Every time you top up you will get an allotted amount of  calls, texts and data. You can find out what you currently get free by clicking here. 

You buy an amount of credit and can make a top up  from £5 and use the credit to make calls, texts or use data on your mobile.

Please note that once your inclusive bundles of calls, texts and data have been used up you will start to be charged at our standard rates. We recommend you familiarise yourself with the plan you have and how much is included.  Please note that in order to keep your phone active you must top up or make a chargeable call, text or data session, at least once every 180 days.
