We offer two convenient ways to receive your monthly bill. To help you stay in control of your account and avoid unnecessary fees, we recommend our digital billing option.
Your Billing Options
MySure (Recommended): Access your bills anytime, anywhere, at no extra cost. When your bill is ready, we will send you a notification email with a direct link to the MySure portal.
Via Post: If you prefer to receive a paper bill by mail, please be aware that a £2.50 charge applies to each statement.
Tip: Switching to MySure is the easiest way to avoid the monthly £2.50 paper bill charge. In exceptional circumstances where you are unable to access online billing, please contact us to discuss whether the paper bill fee can be waived.
Managing Your Billing History
Through the MySure portal, you can easily view, download, and save your statements for your personal records.
View Online: Your current bill and the previous 11 months are available to view and download for free at any time.

Historic Bills: If you require access to bills older than 11 months, we can assist with your request. Please note that providing paper copies of historic bills or detailed itemisation may incur a charge.
