Account Overview
The first page provides a high-level summary of your account activity.
Total Charges: The final amount due for the billing period.
Breakdown: A snapshot of your rental charges, usage charges, and any applied credits across all services.
Account Details: Your billing name, address, account number, and the date the bill was produced are located in the top right-hand corner.
Helpful Tips & FAQs
This section contains useful information, frequently asked questions, and tips regarding your services or account management.
Detailed Account Summary
This is where you can view the specifics of your charges:
Individual Service Breakdown: Each service number is listed with its specific rental and usage costs.
Balance Summary: Displays the date of your last bill, the date your last payment was received, and any outstanding balance remaining.
Rental Summary: Shows how many services are currently on your account and the individual cost for each.
Usage Summary: Provides a total account-level view of usage costs.
Service-Level Detail
As you scroll further down the statement, you will see a detailed list for each individual service on your account, including:
Plan Name: The specific tariff or plan assigned to that service.
Plan Cost: The recurring rental cost for that plan.
Usage Detail: A breakdown of the usage associated with that specific service.
Important Billing Information
