You can easily manage your communication preferences and update how we contact you through the Account section of your MySure portal.
How to Update Your Preferences
Log in: Access your account at MySure.
Navigate to Account: Select the Account heading from the navigation menu.
Locate Preferences: Scroll down to the Promotions heading under "Account communication preferences."
Select Your Method: Choose your preferred marketing contact method(s) from the options provided.
Save: Once you have made your selection, click Save to apply your changes.
Understanding Our Communication
We may occasionally contact you to share offers, promotions, or important updates. Such as notifications regarding your contract end date, which we believe will be of interest to you.
