You can easily track your previous transactions and monitor your account balance activity by viewing your top-up history directly through the MySure portal.
How to View Your History
Log in: Access your account at MySure.
Navigate to History: Select the Top up history tab from your dashboard.
What You Can See
Once you have selected the tab, you will be able to review the following details for each of your past transactions:
Date: The date the top-up was processed.
Product Description: Details of the specific top-up plan or service purchased.
Paid Online: Confirmation of whether the top-up was Paid online or not.
Amount: The total value of the top-up.
