Where Can I Find My PUK Code?
Option 1 – SIM Packaging
Your PUK code is printed on the original SIM card packaging provided when you purchased your SIM.
Option 2 – My Sure Account (Recommended)
You can view your PUK code anytime by logging into your My Sure account.
This is the quickest way to access your code without waiting for Customer Service.
Important Information
- Entering the wrong PUK code multiple times may permanently block your SIM card
- Make sure you enter the code carefully
- Once unlocked, you’ll be asked to create a new PIN
