Paying your bill is simple and secure. We offer several ways to pay, though we strongly recommend Direct Debit as the fastest and most cost-effective method.
The Recommended Method: Direct Debit (Free)
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to manage your account.
Cost: Completely FREE (no processing fees).
Convenience: Payments are automatically collected on the last working day of each month.
Security: You are fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
How to set up a Direct Debit:
Download the form: Access the Direct Debit form here.
Complete it: Ensure the name on your bank account matches your Sure account name exactly.
Reference: Use your Sure account number (found on your bill) as the payment reference.
Submit: Return the completed form to us as instructed on the form.
Other Payment Methods (£2.00 Processing Fee Applies)
If you choose not to use Direct Debit, a £2.00 payment processing fee applies to each of the following methods:
MySure App: Manage your account and make payments securely online. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Automated Payments Line: Call (01481) 700700 and follow the prompts:
Press Option 1 for Billing.
Press Option 1 again to pay your bill.
Please have your account number and service number ready. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Guernsey Post Office: You can pay by cash or card at any Post Office branch. Please take a hard copy of your bill with you.

By Post: Mail a cheque (made payable to "Sure (Guernsey) Limited") along with your bill to:
Sure, P.O. Box 3, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3AB. * Note: Payment is deemed received on the date the cheque arrives at our offices.
Important Billing Information
Service Availability: We do not accept payments in-store, and our customer service agents cannot process payments over the phone.
Due Dates: If you are not using Direct Debit, payment must be received by the due date on your bill to avoid a late payment fee.
Bill Queries: If you believe there is an error on your bill, please call us at (01481) 700700 immediately. We ask that you pay the undisputed amount while we investigate the query for you.
