How to Top Up a PAYG Mobile

As a Pay As You Go (PAYG) customer, you must have credit on your account to use our mobile services.

Check Your Balance

To view your current credit balance, dial *#100# and press the call button. Your balance will be displayed directly on your screen.

Ways to Top Up

• MySure Portal & App:

  • Register or log in to MySure to manage your account.

  • This is the only way to purchase the £14.99 plan.

  • Once registered, you can store your card details and download our app to top up on the go.

  • The minimum top-up amount for MySure and the app is £5.00.

• Instant Online Top-Up:

  • You can make a quick, one-off top-up online without logging into MySure.

  • The minimum top-up amount for this service is £10.00.

• By Phone:

  • Dial 177 from your mobile.

  • Alternatively, call 01481 701 077 from any Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or French landline or mobile.

  • If you are calling from a withheld number, please dial 1470 01481 701 077.

  • The minimum top-up amount via phone is £10.00.

• In-Store (Payzone):

  • Visit any shop or garage displaying the pink Payzone sign.

  • The minimum top-up amount in stores is £5.00.

  • Simply purchase a voucher and follow the provided instructions to add credit to your phone.

Important Account Information

• Account Activity: If there is no activity on your account for 180 days, your account will enter a suspended state. Simply add a top-up to reactivate your service.
