From June onwards, 3G will be switched off as we prepare to launch our new mobile network. Most customers won't be affected, as the majority of devices already support 4G, so calls, texts and mobile data will continue as normal.
If your device relies on 3G, you may need to update your settings to connect to 4G. Devices that only support 2G and 3G will still be able to make calls and send texts, but mobile data will be limited. We recommend upgrading to a 4G or 5G-capable device to get the best experience.
