Email settings update

Our web host has made updates to ensure our emails are as UpToDate and secure. 
Part of this is disabling non-SSL (non-secure) protocols from connecting. 

If you are affected by this update you need to update your setting on your third-party software to have the secure setting (SSL hostname /ports) the best way to do this is to follow the guide at
