UK network fault impacting inbound calls to Sure network - 16th September 2022 - RESOLVED

Update at 15:45 16th September 2022

BT have informed us that this issue has now been resolved. Tests have been completed to confirm full service and customers should no longer experience problems with calls from the UK connecting to the Sure network.  We apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Update at 11:00 16th September 2022

We have been made aware that while service was restored yesterday, some faults reoccurred overnight, meaning incoming calls will be working intermittently this morning.

BT engineers are working on the issue and it is anticipated that this will be cleared in the next 2 hours.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide further updates as they become available.

Sure is aware of a fault with a major UK network which means that their customers cannot call from the UK to Sure numbers starting with:

01481 or 07781 (Guernsey)

07700 (Jersey)

01624 770, 01624 777 and 07624 2 (Isle of Man)

Calls from the Sure network to the UK are unaffected. The fault has been escalated as a priority but at this point we are unable to advise when it will be fixed.

Customers can utilise services such as MS Teams, Whatsapp, Facetime or Zoom as an alternative.  We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.  We apologise to any of our customers affected by this issue.
