Each year, our prices increase in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) published by the States of Guernsey.
Home Phone, ADSL & VDSL Broadband, and ISDN services will increase by RPI from 1st July 2022.
Pay Monthly mobile services purchased before the 1st May 2022 will also increase by RPI from 1st July 2022.
What does this mean?
From 1st July 2022 prices for the services listed above will increase by 5.6%. This is based from the March 2022 RPI figure published by the States of Guernsey.
What is RPI?
RPI stands for Retail Price Index. Every quarter, the States of Guernsey measures inflation, changes in costs of goods and services, and the cost of living in Guernsey, to derive the RPI figure.
Why are you increasing your prices?
The price rise is to ensure that we are able to continue to invest in our network, as well as covering the increasing costs to provide the services that we provide.
When does it come into effect?
The price rises come into effect on the 1st July 2022 and will appear on your first bill after that date.
What can I do to save money?
If you have a Pay Monthly Mobile and Broadband plan on the same account, you will be automatically receiving a discount of £2 per month for the basic broadband plan or £5 per month for faster broadband plans.

To receive more discount, you will need to ensure that you have an Unlimited Pay Monthly Mobile plan, Home Phone and either a Fibre, Standard or Faster Broadband plan on the same account. If your broadband service is in contract, you will receive an additional £5.25 resulting in a total monthly discount of £10.25.
