Go to www.sure.com 

Pay Monthly customers must use their last bill reference*, Sure account number, and the billing address postcode to register.

The last bill reference and account number are shown on your last bill:

Pay As You Go customers must use their mobile number to register

Please have your mobile to hand when you register online.  You will be sent a verification code by text to complete your registration.
