Log into My Sure. On the overview page you will see a red link to report an issue or request a house move. Click this link.
Click to raise a new issue the choose house move from the drop down box. Please provide as much information as you can about when you wish to move, the from and to addresses and daytime phone number and email address if available.
You will receive a confirmation email for your request and we may be in touch with you as not all house moves are straightforward.
The lead times for moving or cancelling services can be up to 30 working days. To avoid disappointment or delays to your services please make sure that you inform us in good time.
