New Account Number - all customers, from 1st April 2019

PLEASE NOTE: We have implemented a new billing system in order to provide you with new features, services and benefits going forward. As part of this change you have been allocated a new account number which can be found at the top of your bill.

 

If you pay by to Direct Debit you don’t need to take any action except note your new unique account number for future reference as it may be required if you need to call us. 

 

If you don’t currently pay by Direct Debit, please remember to take your bill with you when you pay as it contains your new account number and we won’t be able to accept your payment without it.
