Sure Mail Problem.
Some customers have recently seen disruption to the Suremail services when using an iPhone, Android and other devices. This is related to security enhancements to protect users. Affected users need to update their settings using the instructions below:
Change the mail.cwgsy.net on the incoming and outgoing servers within your settings to secure.emailsrvr.com.
If this isn’t able to fix the problem you are still experiencing, you may need to do the following:
It may also be necessary to change both the POP3 setting and SMTP; POP3 first then SMTP AND Re-enter your password in both within your settings on your phone or tablet device.
