Sure have recently taken stock of new equipment as part of our continued investment to improve our customer’s experience. This is ready to be installed inside our street cabinets this summer.
The upgrade to replace the old equipment will mean a loss of service on landlines* and broadband for a period of up to 4hrs.
The work is taking place early in the morning to take advantage of the daylight and will begin at 5am and complete by 9am.
Once completed all routers and lines should re-connect automatically but in the unlikely event of you not receiving a service, please unplug or switch off your router for at least 30 seconds before calling us to report a fault and get some assistance.
*Customers with Lifelines are not affected.
