Automated bill payments discontinued - 8 February 2016

We are sorry to inform you that automatic payments over the phone have been discontinued by Sure and you will now be attended to by an agent if you choose to pay your bill by phone.

The system we had to allow for automatic payments was being used less and less frequently by customers, and it has therefore become uneconomical to keep live.

The majority of our customers now pay Direct Debit as it’s the most convenient for them.

Direct Debit is free from any payment processing fees and is simple, safe and easy to set up.

You can still pay in store and over the phone during opening hours but these methods carry a payment processing fee of £1.50 each time.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
