From 1st May 2016, Sure will increase the standard cost of making and receiving calls whilst roaming as per below.  The increase is to be applied to all roaming zones.

A: Unfortunately, the offer is limited to those with Pay Monthly plans only.

A: The zones are as follows:

Zone 1 includes European countries who are part of the EU including UK also includes Switzerland. (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Rep. Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & UK)

Zone 2 includes European countries not included in Zone 1. (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Faroe Island, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine & Vatican City)

Zone 3 includes countries which are travelled to the most outside of Europe. (Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, UAE & USA)

Zone 4 includes any other countries we have roaming agreements for that are not already listed.
