Price increases from 1st May 16 - Roaming

From 1^st May 2016, Sure will increase the standard cost of making and receiving calls whilst roaming as per below.  The increase is to be applied to all roaming zones.

Q: Is there any way to avoid these price increases?
A: Yes, you are able to avoid this price increase by purchasing our Call and Text Booster for £5 per month which will also allow you to receive calls for free.

Q: I'm on Pay As You Go, can I use this booster?

A: Unfortunately, the offer is limited to those with Pay Monthly plans only. 

Q: Which countries are in which zones?

A: The zones are as follows:

Zone 1 includes European countries who are part of the EU including UK also includes Switzerland. (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Rep. Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & UK)

Zone 2 includes European countries not included in Zone 1. (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Faroe Island, Georgia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine & Vatican City)

Zone 3 includes countries which are travelled to the most outside of Europe. (Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, UAE & USA)

Zone 4 includes any other countries we have roaming agreements for that are not already listed.
