Change your details

It is not always possible to keep your number when you move house.

If this is the case we will email you and offer you an alternative.

To change your details, please email us stating your account number, new address and the date your are moving in and send to contact@sure.com.

Set up a changed number intercept

If you move house or premises and your telephone number is changed, you can arrange for anyone calling your old number to receive a voice message advising them of your new number. There is a set-up charge of £17.00 and usage charge of £1.67 per month. Please call us on 01481 700700 to find out more.
