Mobile Out of Bundle Charges – 27th April 2018

Sure would like to advise you that some out of bundle rates are increasing from Friday 27^th April 2018.

These changes only apply to usage outside of your inclusive bundle of minutes and data.

If you are regularly receiving charges for out of bundle usage, you may be better off changing your plan or purchasing a Sure Calls Booster for £5 per month.  Please find details below:

Pay Monthly: Calls to Zone 1 are included in your pay monthly plan but if you dial other countries, you could make significant savings by purchasing a Calls Booster.

Pay As You Go Rewards: Calls and texts to local mobile numbers are included when you top up, so if you call landlines, the UK or elsewhere, you can save money by purchasing the Calls Booster.

Pay Monthly data users
For plans purchase before 19th November 2017, by default, you have an out of bundle data spend limit of £20.00.      

For customers on plans purchased from 19th November 2017, out of bundle data charges are not available. When you reach the end of your bundle, data access will be stopped but you may choose to purchase an additional data bundle.

NB: If your minimum term contract has ended and you re-sign for 24 months on a 2018 10GB or above plan, you will get unlimited data for the first 3 months – with or without a handset plan.

Pay As You Go – Classic customers are only affected by the revised call connection charges. Calls will remain at 5p per minute, texts at 5p per message and 5p per MB of data.
