Fixing suremail and email problems

What does Sure provide?

New Suremail accounts are no longer available, although Sure continues to provide help and support to existing users. This also applies to our previous email accounts.

What support does Sure provide?

We support faults with and accounts when customers are accessing email through the website.


What won’t Sure do?

We cannot help with email client issues (Outlook, Mac Mail, Gmail etc.) or mobiles or tablets.

Sure won’t send you emails about your account that include links to click and won’t ask for passwords via email, except when accessing your online bills.

From time to time you may receive a service message but this will be verified on our website and will also be posted on social media at the same time to show that it’s genuinely from Sure.

What can I do to solve any problems I have myself?

Email not working?

  • Check you’re able to browse the internet and you have a working internet connection.
  • Check by logging into your email account via the website to establish if it’s a problem with the account or set up with your third-party software/device.
