We are pleased to say that the majority of customers are now back online. If you are still having issues, please reboot your router, switching it off completely for at least 2 minutes. If this does not resolve matters then please contact our support team on 700700 for further assistance. We apologise once more for any inconvenience caused.

We are aware of a potential issue impacting some fibre broadband customers, related to various devices not able to connect to the internet.

Our engineering team are investigating this and we will provide more information as it becomes available. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
