How do I set up a My Sure Account?

 

To set up your MySure account, you will need to have your account number and an up to date bill reference number. Both the account number and bill reference number are found on the top right hand side of your bill, under your address.

 

 

Once registering for my sure, please make sure you tick ‘sign up using sure account details’ or if pay as you go tick the option for pay as you go and continue to fill in the rest of the information.

 

 

Once set up, you will receive an email to activate your account and if you are pay as you go receive an sms text to activate your account.
