How to use my MySure for my Account and Contract Information
Welcome to our guide on using MySure to access your Account and Contract Information. With your account, you can easily view and manage your contract details, track your order status, and make updates as needed. This simple walk through will help you navigate your account, so you can stay informed and in control of your information with ease.
How can I manage my Marketing preferences?
From "Account" section go to manage your marketing preferences and tick the ways in which you would like to be contacted and press save. You will then be contacted according to your preferences.
When does my contract end?
Once logged in to your MySure account, if you go to the overview page and scroll down you should see an overview of your service with then the end date/ earliest renewal date like below.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Using the " Orders" tab you and keep track of the progress of orders you make online as well as view all your order history as seen as below.
How can I change or upgrade my plan on MySure?
To change or upgrade your plan on MySure, please go on your overview section and scroll down to the bottom you should see 2 buttons ‘upgrade with 24 month contract’ and ‘upgrade with 36 month contract’ click which one and follow through the steps. Please see picture below for reference.
How can I switch to fibre?
Still on an old copper network? You will need to change to fibre! If Fibre is available, then when you log into your MySure you will see a banner asking you to scroll down to switch to fibre.
Once scrolled down you can see the button that tells you to switch from copper to fibre and once clicked will take you through the steps to get your fibre order started.
