How do I Manage add-ons? (boosters, call barring, bar data roaming e.t.c.)
Add On’s
On the Overview page scroll down until you see an overview of your service like the below picture. Select the manage service options button.
The select the add on you would like.
This will then take you to a basket, then follow the steps to add to your plan.
Boosters
To add a roaming booster or a one time booster please go to the Overview tab scroll down until you see an overview of your service like the below picture. Then select ‘manage monthly boosters’ or ‘add top up or 1 time booster’
Select the booster that you would like,
Then click add to basket and follow through the steps and that should now be added on.
For the one time booster tick the service you would like and click the ‘add to service’ button and follow through the steps and that should now be added on.
How do I access my voicemail?
It's easy to link to the Sure voicemail platform using My Sure. Just scroll down to the service you want to view and click on the Voicemail tab.
The next screen is where you enter your mobile number and your PIN.
And from there you can access all aspects of your voicemail without needing your handset.
Where can I view my phone Usage/Itemisation?
You can see itemisation of your charges, even before the bill has been produced with My Sure.
Choose the Itemisation tab and then narrow down your search by billed, unbilled, calls, texts, and data.
You also have the option to download and print your itemisation by clicking on "export".
Where can I view my Data Usage?
Choose the data usage tab from the Overview page, it will then display a bar chart of the date and Gigabyte used.
