Signing up

Ensuring you have a phone line

To receive broadband you need to have a phone line connected to your property.

Most properties in the island should have a phone line already connected but if not, you will need to apply to have a phone line installed when signing up for broadband.

If you already have a phone line, the application for broadband and any direct debit must be from the account holder of the telephone line.

How to sign up

Online: simply pick the product you want and complete the order form that follows here. 
In store: pop in store and we'll do the rest

Once your connection is ready, we’ll email you your Sure Broadband details and a simple set up guide. It’s really easy but if you need help you can give us a call on 01481 700700.

Equipment you will need


If you are new to broadband, you need certain pieces of equipment in order to connect to the internet. Your equipment will be given to you for free when you sign up for a 24 month contract but if you sign up for a 12 month contract, you will be charged.

If you already have a router* you can opt to simply sign up to broadband and receive no equipment.

* Unlimited Broadband requires an ADSL2+ compatible router, Superfast Broadband requires a VDSL2 compatible router.
