Each year, our prices increase in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) published by the States of Guernsey.
We understand that price rises are something most of us would like to avoid, but it enables us to sustain investments in our networks, products and services across the Bailiwick.
Our Pay Monthly Mobile, Home Phone and Broadband services will increase by up to 5.8% on the 1st July 2024.
Pay Monthly Mobile services that have been signed or re-signed since 1st April 2024 will not be impacted by this RPI price increase.
What does this mean?
Prices for all Pay Monthly Mobile, Home Phone, Broadband and ISDN services will increase by up to 5.8% on the 1st July 2024. Please note that Pay Monthly Mobile services that have been signed or re-signed since the 1st April 2024 will not be impacted by this increase.
What is RPI?
RPI stands for Retail Price Index. Every quarter, the States of Guernsey measure inflation, changes in costs of goods and services, and the cost of living in Guernsey, to derive the RPI figure.
When does it come into effect?
The price rises come into effect on the 1st July 2024 and will appear on your first bill after that date.
What can I do to save money?
To get the best value for money we recommend the Sure Bundle.
Sure’s Bundle provides a discount of £10.25 per month. This is automatically applied as a discount on your bill when you have an Unlimited Pay Monthly Mobile, Home Phone and a broadband plan on the same account. It is available on copper and fibre broadband plans.
To receive this discount, your broadband plan needs to be within its minimum term.

More than one mobile on your account?
If you have more than one mobile on your account, you can save money with our Sharer plans.
These plans share the unlimited data, calls and texts of the main Unlimited Standard or Unlimited Max plan. Priced at just £19 per month, add family members now and reduce your monthly bills.
What happens to my discount?
If you currently receive a discount on your account, this will not be affected.

How do I manage my account?
We recommend that you register for MySure, as a place to manage you account, service subscriptions and access your bills online. Register or log in to MySure.
