Landline services on the copper network are now fully restored. The problem was caused by an electrical fault, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The outage took place between 8:42am and 12:15pm and affected some landline and ISDN services for customers in the areas of St Peter Port and St Sampsons. Mobile, broadband and fibre-based services were unaffected.
Engineers were deployed immediately and by 12:15pm all services were restored. As a precaution, if you know a vulnerable person who may have been impacted, and does not have a mobile, we suggest checking in on them.

All ISDN and landline services continue to be impacted in the St Peter Port and St Sampson areas, however, Mobile, Broadband and Fibre customers are unaffected. We are expecting this issue to be resolved within the next 30 minutes as our engineers work to restore services in full.
We are aware of an issue impacting landline services in the areas of St Peter Port and St Sampsons. This is also impacting the ability to dial 999 from a landline, customers are advised to use a mobile to dial 999 if required. Engineers are investigating this and will restore service as quickly as possible.
