Why is my bill higher this month?

Bills can be higher due to roaming charges*, part-period charges if you upgraded your plan last month and other charges such as late payment fees, paper bill charges, engineering visits, connection charges etc. 

Take another look and see if you have roaming charges for calling, texting and receiving calls when you left the island last month (or sometimes the month before if we received records late from the network you were using when you were travelling).

 

Also look out for OTHER CHARGES which are explained under ACCOUNT BASED CHARGES
